Being hard-working and learning everything by heart are not the only requirements to study well. In fact, students may need to be creative in order to come up with a lot of ideas, find the best way to study as well as how to achieve something. Therefore, there is no doubt that creativity is absolutely crucial in studies, as rote learning just helps to get a high score at school but cannot be a good preparation for life.
It is obvious that creative students tend to extend the limit because they dislike the well-trodden paths. By asking a lot of questions and thinking outside the box, the knowledge they are capable of absorbing will be extraordinarily various and cover a large number of aspects of life. For example, during the lesson of two and three-dimensional shapes they may even relate with multi-dimensional ones, or linking different events in the past in order to have an overall view of history. Besides, they also find many different approaches toward one problem for the more solutions they have, the better understanding they are as well as the more knowledgeable they will be. Having that in mind is absolutely wonderful and every student is encouraged to do the similar thing.
What is more, being creative is not only helpful within school. In fact, creativity is considered to be necessary in every job so as to have the biggest productivity. Recruiters are becoming more aware and interested in people with high potentials and abilities, in other words, being able to work hard on their own, not relying on others to finish the job. Also, creative people are always admired by others because their ideas are fascinating and fantastic, which attract people’s attention. Thus, they will be beneficial for society and their contribution will be undoubtedly significant.
Clearly, creativity is something that all students should possess so that in the future they can succeed in life. Even though it may not appear immediately from birth, people can train to acquire that. If anyone shows no intention of learning how to be creative, they will find it difficult to earn their living because no employer will give them well-paid jobs.
