Exercising is of absolute importance

A healthy lifestyle consists of a balanced diet and daily body training, and one mean to exercise is to play sports. Nowadays, sport plays such an important role in people’s lives that no one can live without it, as it is not only a training method but it is also an interesting intellectual nourishment.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, around 19 percent of the U.S. population was engaged in sports and exercise each day in 2017. Male participation was higher (20.2 percent) than the participation rate of women (17.8 percent). This included participation in sports, exercise and other active leisure activities. According to a 2016 Statista survey a quarter of the U.S. population exercised, worked out or did sports daily. On average, Americans spent half an hour per day doing sport, exercise and on recreation. Staying healthy, weight loss, strength and/or endurance optimization, and getting a better looking body are amongst the main reasons people in the United States exercise, work out or do sports.[1] In Vietnam, approximately 20% of people had no measurable PA during a typical week, but 72.9% (men) and 69.1% (women) met WHO recommendations for PA by adults for their age. On average, 52.0 (men) and 28.0 (women) Metabolic Equivalent Task (MET)-hours/week (largely from work activities) were reported. Work and total PA were higher in rural areas and varied by season. Less than 2% of respondents provided incomplete information, but an additional one-in-six provided unrealistically high values of PA. Those responsible for reporting errors included persons from rural areas and all those with unstable work patterns. Box-Cox transformation (with an appropriate constant added) was the most successful method of reducing the influence of large values, but energy-scaled values were most strongly associated with pathophysiological outcomes.[2]
So, what can regular exercising help us? Considering the body aspect, it can make us fitter and more flexible. As we exercise, our muscles shrink and stretch, our bones move around strongly and our bodies perspire profusely. As a result, they can prevent joints from ageing, reduce fat as well as remove toxins from our bodies. Moreover, sweating also brings back many benefits, such as smooth skin, better wound healing and fewer chances of getting skin injections and opportunistic injections. Besides, exercising is advantageous to our minds, for it gives us happy feelings and fresh souls. What is more, we can improve our confidence, concentration, sleep quality and leadership thanks to it. All of these are helpful for everybody to lead an easy life, having the best health and spirit. On the other hand, a man who lead a sedentary lifestyle always has feelings of tiring, stress, depression, loneliness and has to suffer from headache, backache, arthralgia and many more frequently . He can think that he is happy to live by sitting on a couch and watching TV all day (there is a word for this type of people and it is ‘couch potato’) but in fact, he is likely to be obese and overweight, not to mention other diseases.
Thus, it is vital that people who don’t have much free time find a solution in order to make time for it. In case they think that they spend most of the time at work, they should petition for breaks and days off. Playing sports is the best way to exercise, but some workouts are sufficient for the body. Otherwise, if they think they are wasting their time doing habits like surfing the Internet, playing video games, watching movies, chatting online, then they should reorganize their timetables so as to play sports. When you take to one, learn what is required as well as how to play it first. It is always advised to take an easy beginning and set up some easy goals so that you can get used to the pace of the game, after that you can increase the levels of achievement and playing duration to strengthen your fitness. Besides, you should find people who share the same passion for exchanging experience and skills because you and they can help each other to improve at ease.
For the times being, with the invention of many modern machine, many work has been done for human working time is lessened and in consequences, people can have more free time; therefore, it is unacceptable that people spend those times indoor doing nothing. Everybody must maintain regular training, more specifically sports, because ‘Health is gold.’
